Where are the orders shipped from?

We can ship from locations in both the USA and Canada. Though we are located in Canada, we are very close to the USA border and can ship from there.

Will there be Customs or importing fees payable on delivery (COD)?

For Canadian Customers, we will ship from Canada. For US Customers, we will ship from the USA. For overseas destinations, the customer is responsible for any duties or taxes assessed by their government when merchandise enters their country. NOTE: We won't mark parcels as gift or underdeclare their value.

Is there a retail location?

We don't have a retail showroom at the moment. All products are in storage until an order is processed.

Why is there a discrepancy between US and Canadian prices?

We buy our supplies from around the world.. There are import duties and brokerage fees to be paid every time a product crosses a border. While we don't charge for those in a separate invoice line, they are included in the final price if they apply to a particular product. Currency exchange plays very little role in this calculation.

Why sometimes is shipping more expensive than the products being shipped?

Shipping costs are not related to the dollar value of the order. Size, volume, weight, distance travelled and speed of service are the main factors that affect postage costs.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

We ship from Canada (British Columbia) and USA (Washington State). Delivery times vary from 2 days (if shipping from the same city our customer is in) to 2 weeks (if parcel must travel all across North America). For International orders, especially during the holiday season (e.g. Christmas), it can take up to 6-8 weeks for your items to arrive.

Can you make me a customized..?
